John Hellström – Stockholm, Sweden
John Hellström is based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is a top ranked PGA teaching professional who works with both amateurs and professionals. He has coached the Swedish National Amateur Team as well as being responsible for the education to coaches of the National Teams, the PGA of Sweden and golf fitness related education for physiotherapists and athletic trainers.
John has a broad width of expertise, with a University Diploma in Sport Science and Coaching (Golf), a Bachelor of Education (Physical Education), with a major in Sport Psychology. He is currently a PhD student researching performance enhancement in golf from a multi-discipline perspective.
Furthermore, John is author of two books "Physical training for golfers" and "Toward lower scores". He has held a black belt in martial arts for about twenty years, and has been a speaker at numerous convents both nationally and internationally. John has recently launched a website called Golfpyramid, where golfers can get profiles of their capabilities, and where coaches can administrate tests on individuals and groups in a pedagogical and time effective way.
