Keep up-to-date on our travels and work with various associations and seminars!

May 4-7, 2007 - Montreal, Canada

At the invitation of innovative Teaching Professional Pierre Brisebois, Robert and Karen traveled to Montreal to work with the Quebec Golf Federation. The weekend included an official address to the players, parents and teaching professionals explaining the integration of 3D System of Golf Swing Analysis and BioFeedback Training and modern golf instruction; as well as performing 3D Testing on more than 30 players as part of their new season evaluation. The GBD 3D Swing Analysis information is designed to assist the Teaching Professionals in developing the individual management plans for Team Quebec.

Many thanks to Pierre for his continued support of Golf BioDynamics Inc.

May 11, 2007 - Bogotá, Colombia

Robert, Karen and Andres Rodriguez (Jim McLean Golf School Instructor, Miami, Florida) traveled to Club Campestre Guaymaral to conduct Golf Clinics to both Junior and Senior Club Golfers.

Golf instruction in Colombia has traditionally focused on the ‘basics’ (grip, stance, posture, aim and alignment) along with of course, motion of the club. GBD’s inaugural trip to South America was designed to highlight both the use of the 3D System in instruction (Measurement of body motion during the golf swing, BioFeedback Training and physical conditioning elements – stretching, stability and strength) and the Jim McLean System for golf instruction, in order to bring some attention to the importance of optimal body motion during the swing.

Sincere thanks must go to Oscar Moreno and Manuel Londono at Club Campestre Guaymaral for the invitation and warm welcome extended to both Golf BioDynamics and Jim McLean Teaching Professional Andres Rodriguez. To Connie Deportes at Club Guaymaral for her organizational efforts in ensuring that the GBD/McLean Golf Program came to fruition. To Jorge Mesa, representative of the Colombian Golf Federation and Columbia’s premier Teaching Professional, for his presence, support and open-mindedness during the weekend. And to all the Guaymaral Instructors for their hospitality.

Rob and Karen are proud to announce that Alfredo Zedán is joining the GBD Team as an assistant for the summer of 2007. Based at The Jim McLean Golf School in Miami Florida, Alfredo is currently completing a Bioengineering degree at the University of Miami.
